This service is targeted towards individuals with a number of years of experience, and typically multiple employers they have worked for. 

Often at this point individuals are either seeking greater responsibility, or a career shift to leverage a wealth of current experience into new opportunities. My service helps to clarify and represent those goals.

WHY IS THIS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE CAREER BUILDING CV?

The more experience my clients have, the longer it takes to effectively update your CV and showcase your skills and achievements. 

It's important to do this carefully and thoroughly to maximise the chance of you meeting your career goals, faster.

WHAT IS THE ZOOM CALL FOR?

Getting to know you both personally and professionally is key to me showcasing who you are, what you want, and what you offer to a future employer in your CV. This cannot be achieved purely by reading your CV or resume, and being asked to improve it. If I get to know you, I am confident our work together can help to sell your skills to potential future employers.

DO YOU INTERVIEW ME?

Yes, but I promise I am neither intimidating, nor scary. It's a conversation between two people with matching goals, i.e. to get you closer, faster to the job and career you seek. The zoom conversation allows me to better understand you skills, motivations, and goals. It is also happens to be great interview practice!

DO YOU GUARANTEE EMPLOYER INTERVIEWS?

In the current market, unfortunately not. I have limited control over which roles you apply for and whether they are a strong match to your skills (i.e. if you're applying for senior manager role, with no experience, even the best CV will most likely not get you the job!)..

WHAT DO I GET FOR THE MONEY?

You will receive a beautifully formatted CV in Word format.

My aim is to have the completed, formatted CV to you via email within 3 days of your completed zoom conversation.
