WHO IS THIS SUITED FOR?
This service is ideally suited to University Graduates, High School Graduates, early careers and those returning to work after an extended period of time.
My assessment will focus more heavily on your goals, skills and personality, ensuring those core skills and targets are represented clearly and in a positive light for employers.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
The service starts with you emailing me your current CV, and booking your 30 minute zoom conversation with me, so that I can get to know you.
I do ask that you email us your CV at least 24 hours in advance of our scheduled zoom conversation, as I will be referring to the contents during our discussion.
If you don't have a CV at all, no problem! I would appreciate an emailed summary of your skills and experience in advance of our zoom chat.
WHAT'S THE ZOOM CALL FOR?
As someone building your career or returning to the workforce after an absence, understanding your goals and temperament is key to me presenting your skills and potential to future employers, accurately.
I achieve this by getting to know you more thoroughly in our zoom conversation, and will build your history and goals into a beautiful CV you can use as you target your preferred career move.
SHOULD I BE NERVOUS?
Absolutely not! We are all human, I care about the work that I do, and I care about you.
Although our zoom chat can provide great practice for professional interviews, it is an informal conversation so that I can present you accurately when I update or create your CV.
ARE INTERVIEWS GUARANTEED?
In the current market, unfortunately not. I have limited control over which roles you apply for and whether they are a strong match to your skills (i.e. if you're applying for senior manager role, with no experience, even the best CV will most likely not get you the job!)..
WHAT DO I GET FOR THE MONEY?
You will receive a beautifully formatted CV in ms Word format.
My aim is to have your updated CV back to you via email within 3 days of our completed zoom chat.
